How it works

From folder to live site in seconds.

  1. 01

    Drop your site

Choose a folder or a .zip, or drag it into the box above. Keep index.html at the top as your home page.

  2. 02

    Name your link

Pick a name like my-site.doope.site, or let Doope pick one for you.

  3. 03

    It’s live

Your site is on HTTPS at its own link, served close to your visitors from a global edge network.

What works

Everything a static site needs.

Folders and .zip files

Your whole site publishes as one project: pages, styles, scripts, images, and fonts, with relative paths working as written.

Built apps

The dist/ or build/ folder from any framework. Client-side routes load from any deep link.

Same link for every update

Upload a new version and your link stays the same. Restore an earlier version from the project page.

Your own domain

On Solo and above, connect your domain and Doope sets up HTTPS for you.

Publishing from a script? On Solo and above, the deploy API puts the same files live from your terminal or CI.

Questions

Static hosting questions.

What is static website hosting?

A static site is a set of files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and images) that the browser shows as they are. Doope serves those files on a fast, secure link of their own.

How do I upload my website?

Drop the folder, or a .zip of it, into the box at the top of this page. Name the home page index.html and keep it at the top level, with the other files beside it or in folders.

Can I host a React, Vue, or Svelte app?

Yes. Build it, then drop the output folder (often dist/ or build/). Client-side routes load from any deep link.

Is HTTPS included?

Yes. Every link is served over HTTPS, and so is your own domain on Solo and above.

Can I update the site later?

Yes. Upload a new version and your link stays the same, so everywhere you have shared it keeps working.

What does it cost?

The Free plan includes one project up to 3 MB, with a small Doope badge, and it’s yours for as long as you like. For bigger sites, more projects, or your own domain, see the pricing page.
