What's a project?+
One link, like yourname.doope.site. Behind it can be a single file, such as a PDF or a deck, or a whole website. Upload a new version any time and the link stays the same. Plans count projects: Free includes one.
Can I try Doope before paying?+
Yes. The Free plan gives you one project up to 3 MB, with a small Doope badge, for as long as you like. Paid plans come with a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.
What happens if I cancel?+
You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Then your account moves to Free, which keeps one project online. Your other projects stay saved for 30 days, and choosing a plan in that time brings them back as they were.
What happens if I go over my plan's limits?+
Visits and bandwidth are fair-use: you'll see a warning in Settings as you get close, and your projects stay online. Project count and upload size are checked when you publish.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes, anytime from Settings → Billing & usage. Upgrades apply right away; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?+
Your first payment comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee: contact us within 7 days of it and we'll refund it in full. Renewals are final, so cancel anytime before your renewal date from Settings → Billing & usage, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What is the difference between Solo and Pro?+
Solo adds custom domains, password protection, API access, a custom 404 page, and 90 days of analytics with UTM campaign tracking. Pro adds a team (1 editor + 1 reviewer), the option to require email to view a project, 12 months of analytics with CSV export, integrations, and priority support on top of everything in Solo.
What analytics come with each plan?+
Every plan counts visits and bandwidth for each project, without cookies or tracking scripts. Free shows the last 7 days. Starter shows 30 days and adds unique visitors, sources, top pages, countries, devices, and browsers. Solo shows 90 days and adds UTM campaign tracking. Pro and Studio show 12 months and add CSV export.
How does priority support work?+
On Pro and Studio, messages you send from the contact form while signed in to your account are answered first, usually within 30 minutes.
